Processing Time All Tecumseh Canada products are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 2–8 weeks for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer Standard and Express shipping options across Canada via Canada Post and select carriers. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

United States We ship to the United States with Standard International and Express International options. Rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide including Australia, the UK, most of Europe, and parts of Asia and the Middle East, via Canada Post, DHL Express, and FedEx. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

Delivery Estimates All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Shipping Liability Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Tecumseh Canada is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after handoff to the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
